Richard has been fascinated with singing and playing the guitar his whole life. Playing with many different musicians and in many different bands. His latest endeavor is as a solo musician and song writer. A perfect entertainment choice for small parties and gatherings. The right music for the mood of the event, low volume background music or crank it up for some dancing and partying. A little Karaoke if that is what the guest want. Richard is serious about working with the party planner and would always be early to a gig and never late.
RICHARD MCKEY - GUITAR
A Jackson, Mississippi local, Richard began his career in art by opening Fondren Art Gallery located on North State Street. While he had an affinity for visual arts, he had always treasured the life of music. Growing up, Richard participated in local bands throughout his high school and college years. After touring with a gospel choir, he settled down to raise a family, always knowing he'd come back to music. His musical influences range from a wide selection of genres and artists such as: Steely Dan, Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton, and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
